Winterdine – A Toast to Winter!
We at John Brown Grille are excited to be participating in Winterdine again this year.
Everyday between January 17 and February 6, beginning at 5pm, we will be offering a three course meal. Each Monday through Sunday for three weeks, savour the following weekly features:
- Week 1 – An appetizer of creamy butternut squash soup, followed by pistachio crusted salmon with honey butter, candy cane beets, and garlic mashed potatoes, with warm apple pie and vanilla ice cream
- Week 2 – Appetizer of winter salad: greens, roasted squash, beets, goats cheese, candied almonds, an entrée of seared scallop “orzotto” – seared scallops, orzo pasta, garlic, pancetta, cream, spinach, and bruschetta, finishing with a warm chocolate brownie sundae
- Week 3 – Thai carrot and coconut soup appetizer, pan seared chicken supreme, blueberry chevre, roasted baby red potatoes, and vegetable medley as an entrée, followed by warm sticky date pudding
The cost/person is $45.00 (plus taxes and gratuity), and is available for dine-in and take-out/curbside pick-up. Please check with your server regarding gluten-free options.
