Winterdine – A Toast to Winter!

John Brown Grille is excited to be back for another Winterdine season. Our chef has carefully prepared nine delicious gluten-free menu items, pairing up for three weeks of delectable dining from January 19 through February 8!

 

Week 1:

Appetizer: Bruschetta : Whipped goat cheese, cherry tomatoes, basil and olive oil, with toasted crostini

Entrée: BBQ Pork Ribs: BBQ glazed pork ribs, with patata brava & vegetable medley

Dessert: Bread Pudding: French Toast Bread Pudding with bourbon crème Anglaise

 

Week 2:

Appetizer: Mushroom & Sage Soup : Mushroom medley in a creamy soup infused with fresh sage

Entrée: Roasted Chicken : Red wine & sage quarter chicken, parmesan & truffle potatoes, with heirloom carrots

Dessert: Pear Crumble : Poached pears with brown butter crumble, with vanilla ice cream

 

Week 3:

Appetizer: Beet Carpaccio : Thinly sliced poached beets with arugula, candied pecans, and balsamic drizzle

Entrée: Pork Belly : Pork belly with mushroom medley risotto, apple & fennel slaw

Dessert: Apple Cru : John Brown’s Signature Sticky Toffee Pudding, Toffee Sauce, Vanilla Bean Ice Cream
